You answer a general health questionnaire, find a practitioner who fits your needs, and schedule a time to meet. You will then fill out a more specific intake questionnaire about your skin concerns prior to your appointment.

Your second step is to meet with your provider online
At your chosen date and time, during this consultation (video or chat), your practitioner will discuss your medical history and lifestyle (budget, diet, exercise, sleep). They will create a treatment plan consisting of diagnostics, prescriptions, supplements and/or topicals.
You can choose to have these delivered to your door though there is zero obligation if you want a different plan or provider.
the Appointment
Our standard appointment is 15 minutes, with 12 minutes dedicated to you and 3 minutes spent by the practitioner to edit the visit notes taken by state-of-the-art AI driven note taking system.
You can also schedule more consecutive time if you want a longer initial visit, or if the practitioner recommends more time for a follow-on.
